Western blot analysis of Phospho-ATF (Thr71) in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with Phospho-ATF (Thr71) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97332) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. HeLa cells were treated by Anisomycin (25 µg/mL) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. NIH/3T3 cells were treated by Anisomycin (25 µg/mL) for 30 minutes. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
